Upon successful activation, Vyapar Sanchalan grants the authorized licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to execute the offline retail billing software strictly for internal business operations.
The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, source code, and underlying architectural methodologies remain the exclusive, undisputed property of Vyapar Sanchalan.
Continued access to the software suite is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription tier.
Failure to remit subscription dues prior to the billing cycle expiration will trigger an automated license suspension, restricting operational features until the account balance is rectified.

As an offline architecture, the licensee retains 100% ownership of all generated retail data, customer profiles, and financial ledgers.
Vyapar Sanchalan asserts zero claim, lien, or access rights over your localized enterprise intelligence.
Vyapar Sanchalan periodically deploys software upgrades, vulnerability patches, and feature augmentations to ensure optimal POS performance.
Access to major version releases and premium feature modules may necessitate tier upgrades or an active maintenance subscription.
To the maximum extent sanctioned by applicable jurisprudence, Vyapar Sanchalan is wholly absolved of liability concerning:
The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, devoid of explicit or implied warranties of merchantability.
Vyapar Sanchalan reserves the unilateral prerogative to immediately terminate or cryptographically suspend licenses upon discovery of Terms of Service violations, payment defaults, or suspected software piracy.
Post-termination, the licensee must immediately cease all software utilization and expunge the application from all local hardware.
These Terms of Service are constructed and governed strictly in accordance with the statutory laws of the Republic of India.
All ensuing legal disputes, mediations, or litigations shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent judicial courts situated in Odisha, India.
Vyapar Sanchalan retains the discretionary right to periodically revise these Terms of Service. Continued execution of the software post-amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the updated regulatory framework.
